On 24 June 2009, TWBG hosted yet another exclusive Dinner Debate at the Wits Business School in Johannesburg with a selected few top women in business and government. This elite group was treated to a lavish setting, a scrumptious dinner, great conversation and breathtaking gifts offered by our sponsors.
The event achieved its aim of congratulating and celebrating the women who set South Africa apart from the rest, by embracing their true nature and making their mark in business. Also discussed was how to address challenges and find new ways to make a meaningful contribution to business, society and the economy.

If you are a working woman, you must have it, and if you are a businessman who is not yet aware of the gender revolution that is transforming the world of work, you would be well-advised to become a Top Women reader with immediate effect.
The Top Women in Business and Government (TWBG) brand has become synonymous with the success of women in the workplace. The publication identifies and celebrates both the success of organisations which appoint and promote women and the achievements of the individual women themselves. In order to identify top gender performance, the Topco Media research department investigates the empowerment status of over 2000 organisations. Only those organisations which satisfy rigorous gender empowerment criteria are invited to profile their gender empowerment achievements and their product and service offerings in the publication. Inside the pages of this publication you are guaranteed only to encounter top women operating in truly empowered organizations. Top Women supports and promotes the continued emergence of women executives in the corporate environment and in the public service, and women entrepreneurship. It represents a valuable business-to-business networking tool, and it incorporates independent editorial that is provocative, thought-provoking and informative.
